How to unlock an image in an acer laptop in d drive

i have saved 3 images in a folder on D Drive and I have have hidden that folder, whenver I wish to see those images I used to unhide the folder and can view those images. But now they are locked and I don't know how? A lock is visible near the image and when I go to view it shows, "You don't have the permission to access this." Please suggest me solution for this.
