Unlock Shaders MSI Twin Frozr II 6950

I just got this last night its a 2 gb MSI Twin Frozr II 6950.. I attempted to flash the bios and it wouldn't post at all then i found the msi twin frozr III 6950 bios to unlock shaders and clock speeds so i flashed it to that after restoring.. Worked this time posted I now have the higher memory clock and core but my shaders are still at 1408. Any one have any advice are unlocking the shaders to 1536 would be greatly appreciated. I only paid $80 for it really wanting to get most of it to replace my dual 6770.
