Looking for new core unlock motherboard AMD chipset within budget!

Hi guys/girls

I'm looking for a new motherboard, ddr2 preferably or ddr2 & ddr3 both dual channel, must have 4 memory slots.

Be able to unlock 4th core in my athlon IIx3 (IM CONFIDENT THIS CAN BE UNLOCKED), also must be the supported chipset.

Not too bothered about overclocking ram etc, just i want an extra core to play games etc.

Budget is upto £60.
