The title says it all 
. I'm looking for something that will let me unlock cores, OC, and take full advantage of a ATI 5850. All in the price range of 40-55$ :lol:. So I would like if someone could compare in:
1.) Performance
2.) Known Costumer Service
3.) How often do mobos come DOA? What is the chance in a build that i will get a DOA, :lol: i usually luck out.
And if you have any more recommendations.
