Kuma core unlock carry over?

If you unlock a core on an AMD through the ACC in the bios will that carry over if you transfe to another mobo?

Let me clarify a bit.
If I buy a new kuma core x2(7850) or x3(720) processor and am successful in unlocking a core using my stepson's motherboard with ACC then transfer the CPU to my mobo will he extra core still be unlocked? or does it reset?

basically I'm debating buying a $60 x2 and taking my chances of unlocking one of the cores or dropping the $139 for the 720. If I can't unlock and then transfer it to another board I'll spend spend the money but if there is a chance I'll take the gamble

ok, the motherboard isn't really unlocking the core, it is accessing it, so when you switch motherboards it would depend on the motherboard being able to access the cores

also, i wouldn't be betting on unlocking the core, if you need/want more cores, that is what you should buy
