Unlocking core 890GPA-UD3H

I have been trying to unlock my AMD x2 555.
I use 890GPA-UD3H Rev 1.0 and f7c but cant find the core unlocking been looking everywhere, have tryed ctrl+f1 to.
Can some one pls help me? i rly want to se if i can unlock 2 more cores!

I hope I don't get in trouble for posting that link but I have the same motherboard and CPU and this review helped me prepare for unlocking and overclocking it.
