Most phone's don't have a 'clipboard' you can view. It isn't like a computer. If you are wanting to see what text may be there, you can always go into an app that uses text, like say test messaging, and then paste whatever is there into the message.

You could also try installing a clipboard app, but it may not be able to view what was there prior to its install.
