Solved! My Android doesn’t ring if it’s a new caller not in contacts

Please help my phone doesn’t ring anymore

Did you by any chance set the phone to block unknown calls? If so, that would totally cause this. It doesn't stop the calls from calling you, it just stops you from getting them direct.

Check your settings within both your contacts app and your phone app and make sure you didn't block unknowns.
