Solved! My IPAD is locked up. All that is on the screen is the RCA logo and the dots that are not moving now.

Tried to turn on my IPAD and it immediately locked up when I tried to didconnect the screen from the keyboard. All that is on the scree is the RCA logo and the dots that are not turning now.

RCA tablets are not iPads, iPad is a tablet made by Apple, not a generic name for a tablet. They are also poor quality and break often. Try holding in the power button for about 30 seconds, release, hold in the power button again for a bit and see if it turns on.
