My dad has problems with his Lenovo 1000. When he switches his sim cards the contacts dissappear. We tried calling him and reseting his phone but it got worse. It stopped working. Im sorry if I'm asking a question that has been answered to but I would really appreciate if you help us. Thanks a lot!!!♡♡♡

if the contact is on the sim card, put the old one back.
