Factory reset restart

I was given a irulu expro x1 plus and we reset it from the previous owner. We do not know their information and they forgot their information. How can I sign in to use it.

I've tried many times to workaround that block but I came to the conclusion it can't be done. Google set the rules to prevent data loss and folks who sell them having cleared it all out, then forget to change the account to a clean name and password and pass it on to a new buyer. Resets don't go far enough.

I'm afraid what you have there is a brick.
