Solved! Where is audio effects

ZTE z5c Android has no volume no loudness had no earphone jack when I that works when I bought it brand new I still have no camera so I bought a Bluetooth device for my birthday it has no volume either so my friend suggested I need to access the audio effects for The Equalizer because they Bluetooth device would work better if I could turn on the effects can't find them can somebody please help me appreciate y'all American thank you

If this is a newer device, you need to contact the manufacturer about the issues. Sounds should work fine and all phones have volume. There are the exterior buttons (usually on the side) and then in "Settings" and then "Volume" you can change the volumes in there.
