I just bought a Nextbook Ares 10A, it keeps freezing up on me on games even on Facebook sometime I have reset it twice I have factory reset it once it's still doing it I heard that they were having problems with the Ares 8 but that's the Aries 10 was supposed to be a better tablet so why isn't it?

If you just bought it, return it and have them give you a correctly functioning device.
