Solution
I have never seen one.
I had a similar issue with a 240v air conditioner that I wanted to turn on and off. I got a relay with a 120v primary that I could connect to any smart plug. The secondary was rated to handle 30a at 240 volts which might have been overkill but it's always nice to have a safety factor. Built it into a metal box with two power cords and an outlet for the AC. You only need to make the hot connection.
