The phone done a factory reset cause I forgot a password and took my pictures I want them back in my gallery and I won't pay to do this so why can't u put them back cause google photo has half of them

We wouldn't have any way to get your photos back. If they are on google, great you can redownload them. If they aren't, and you did a "Hard Reset" of the phone, then they are gone. There is no way to get them back.
