Yeah, in this case I'd go with the HP, you're getting a 1920x1080 IPS monitor and the build is much more slim, making it much more portable than the Lenovo. The HP just seems more of an ergonomic solution. In terms of specs, they're the same as you are only going for the baseline models. It's up to you and what you prefer, I gave my opinions.

Yes I do, but if you want to take advantage of the 360 degrees rotation of the screen and the touchscreen, i'd go with the lenovo. But save those 200 bucks in my opinion.

Thanks I just noticed another detail I haven't noticed earlier the l380 comes with a core i 7 not a core i 5 for the same price as the spectre with a core i5 my main use of the davice is for college scribbling down notes with the pen and typing plus I might just use it for some light photoshop and lightroom I'm studying computer sciences so I might need to run some code on it so you think I should go with the spector or the lenovo?
