Hello, I bought new Acer Aspire VN7-792G-744Y NITRO

Specification:
Intel® Core™ i7-6700HQ 2.60 GHz up to 3.50 GHz, 6 MB cache
RAM: 16 GB DDR4
250GB PCIe NVMe SSD + 1TB HDD
Display: 17.3 " 1920x1080 IPS
NVIDIA GeForce 945M (2GB DDR3)

but I don't like the colors. I work with Photoshop and the light colors are too washed (low contrast). I tried to fix with color profiles, but the result is not good. Now I think to return and exchange for:

Dell Inspiron 5770
Intel Core i7-8550U (1.80 - 4.00GHz, 8MB cache)
AMD Radeon 530 (4GB GDDR5)
RAM:16GB DDR4
250GB SSD NVMe + 1TB HDD
Display: 17.3 " 1920x1080 IPS

Can you give advice, which one is better? I'm worried about the Dell video card, because is AMD. In the most review sites says the Nvidia is better.

This laptop will use mainly for Photoshop, so can you give me advice?

Ok, so here's the deal- the laptop you currently have has a slightly better graphics card. The one on the new (the one you might return it for) is newer by about 3 years and has faster video RAM. Honestly, I would recommend the Dell. the faster processor will speed everything up, even things that might seem unimportant (e.g. pressing ctrl+alt+del).

The 945M is a substantially stronger GPU.

Photoshop may benefit more from the higher boost clocks of the 8550U in single-core performance..... but I wouldn't expect by too much.
You're looking at 4c/8t 1.8-4.0GHz vs 4c/8t 2.6-3.5GHz. With all 8threads going, the 6700 should actually be the stronger performer.

Assuming pricing is similar, the Acer strikes me as a much better value (performance for the money).
