My rca tablet won't let me pull down the top screen to see my wifi things an if I get on an game it won't let me get off the g

Try turning the tablet off, and then start it up in "Safe Mode". Now it will limit some things, however if the pull down shows and works in there, then you have something on the device that is causing it to not work when you are in normal mode. Bad app, virus, malware, etc., which you would have to remove before you could use the tablet as normal.

To get into "Safe Mode" please do the following.

1. First turn off the tablet.

2. Next press and hold "Power" until you see the manufacturers logo on the screen, then release the power button.

3. "Quickly" press "Volume Down" and hold it for few seconds until you see the message "Safe mode: ON" or something similar.

4. If you wanted disable it, simply repeat the steps above, and you should see "Safe Mode: OFF" rather than on.
