I cannot access my facebook i forgot my password

I can't get into my Facebook because I can't remember my password. I have made new emails to have codes sent to me but still can't access it. It was hacked only days ago and was able to get in to it then but my phone was reset with my password and email for my Facebook in it and I can't get anything off my phone, please, please help.
