Phone can not set wallpaper

As said I am using the Samsung Galaxy S2 phone but today I can not change the wallpaper of the machine. I do not know why, but I turned off the power but did not. Anyone who has met this condition can I consult? All functions of the machine is still good, just do not change the wallpaper on the phone. I am very anxious to help everyone.

Do you know any good wallpaper apps for android phones that can give me a reference? I'm looking for a regularly updated wallpaper app that will constantly change the wallpaper to refresh my phone. If anybody know any good application can give me reference to use
