My Samsung Galaxy s6 active won't turn on unless its plugged into the charger. No matter what the battery percentage is at. Ive tried to clear caches on the apps, and software updates, I've tried to restart my phone, but it doesn't work. I really don't want to restart my phone completely but I need this problem solved before the week starts and I don't know what to do?

If it won't turn on unless the charger is connected, you probably need a new battery.
