Galaxy S8: Change Default Download Location of File Types in Browser or Thru Third Party Apps

Hello,

I have been looking through threads on how to change the default download location to the SD card, and most of the options given seem to be for Android Version 6.0 (Marshmellow) or involve formatting the SD card. On my old S4, with Lollipop, there was an option to set the download directory for different file categories (images, videos, etc...). My new Galaxy S8 (running 8.0.0) doesn't seem to have this, so I was wondering if there were any third party file managers that would allow you to change the directories? Es File Explorer and others don't seem to, at least as far as I can find.

You can change the settings in the individual apps you are downloading through to save to the SD card rather than the phone. However, this won't effect apps. They require the other info you have mentioned.
