MSI site downloads don't work properly?

Whenever I download something from the MSI site (the support tab), I always end up in World of Thanks Blitz when I open the file I downloaded. Why is this, and how do I fix this? (Restarting the site or my computer doesn't work)
I have a GP72 2QD Leopard.
