how do i get back photos that were not backed up on my android

My phone broke 2 days ago(zte grand x3)and i just got my new phone.the photos and contacts were not backed up-at least i dont think so-and i want to know if theres an app or a way to get them all back plz halp

There is no way to get them back if you didn't back them up to either a google account or other place like a computer.
