Solved! Why have all my backed up photos on Google photos disappeared?

All my photos that I had uploaded onto Google photos( over a year's worth) are now missing from the photos.google site. Any ideas? Where have they gone?

Same problem here.
Also talked to Google Support as I am paying for GSuite, however they a) had no clue and gave completely wrong tipps to solve things and b) then told me that Google Photos is not part of the GSuite core services and therefore I should search for help in the forums, and support cant help.

Every week or so, the last 5-6 years' of photos disappears temporarily from Google Photos. I can still access photos I've placed into albums, but everything else is simply unavailable for hours or days. This has been going on for a couple of years.

Right now, I've had all photos from after June 2013 disappear. Very frustrating.
