Facebook icon disappered

Cant find my icon anywhere. It is instaled but i can only open it form the playstore. HELP

It should show in the list of icons for apps you can add to the screens. No matter if it is already on a home screen or not. To get that you would just tap and hold the background of the phone (not any app) and you should get a pop up screen you can use for adding apps to the homes screens, widgets, backgrounds etc.

If it isn't showing there, then something may have altered the apps info on the device. If that is the case, the only fix I would know of would be to completely uninstall that app, restart the phone, and then reinstall the app.
