Nextbook 8 optimize help

I have an next book 8 and it tells me its not optimized for certain apps.what can I do to fix it.

What tells you that? The app you are trying to install? Need exact message and when does it come up?

It shows in red letters that the apo isn't optimized for my device.it let me download the app but then it wouldn't play the movie

What app? There are a ton of things that can play movies. Contact the support for this app and check with them if you can do anything to make it run.

I have run into this problem with my nextbook8 also it happens in the Google playstore when yku click on an app then where ir says install in the green box underneath that it will say "this device not optimized" or something like that. I would tell you exactly but today my nextbook stopped charging and i cant get it to turn on but that is the location of where it tells yku that
