PHONE BATTERY REPLACEMENT -- is it possible to replace this battery with the one I found?

Hello everyone,
I am looking for a battery to replace for the phone of a friend.
I am new at this, so I don't know much. That's why I am asking here.

Here's the details of the battery
Model No. C775004180L
3.7 V 1800mAh = 6.6Wh
Charging Limited Voltage 4.3V
S/N = 121500642901 CP5 50 74

I found the same battery but with a DIFFERENT "S/N" , (that is, TNBA07140036466)
I don't really know what S/N stands for. Can I replace that battery with this one? Are they compatible?

S/N is the serial numbers, all batteries will have a different number for that. What you need to do is match the model and part number of the battery.

You may want to list the phone model if you need help finding a battery for it.
