My LG Fiesta LTE froze and it won't shut off.

My Lg Fiesta LTE froze while I was playing a game and I've tried shutting it off, but the options to shut it off or restart it doesn't come up and I can't remove the battery, I tried to plug it in, but it didn't do anything. It's been stuck for about 5 hours and I don't know what to do about it.

You will need to let the battery drain so it will shut off.

Once u let it die all the way it will charge and be unfrozen cause mine did the same thing and it won't charge or shut off it the volume won't go down either it lets me do other stuff but it so t shut off charge or the volume won't go down and when u hit the sleep button it won't sleep and to turn it on I have to hit the sleep button and the volume up at the same time.
