What's the best place to liquidate CDMA inventory, 3G/4G CDMA devices?

I have almost 1200 devices I need to liquidate. Anyone got any suggestions?

eBay, lots of foreign countries have use for older devices. There are companies that buy up phone stock in US and re-sell them overseas.
