Stuck on password

My rca w101 v2 is stuck on a password screen I power it on the rca logo flashes than a black screen with a small blue box appears that says enter password before this accord I got a blue stoppage error I waited for it to count down for it to resort it turned off and when it came back on just the blue box saying inter password, IV never put a password on this device . can anyone help me please

If you did any kind of reset on the device then it could have reverted back to a password from any prior owner. Another person could have put a password on the device, or a bad app, virus or malware on it could have added this. We, alas, have no way of proving it is your device so we cannot assist in bypassing any passwords.
