You would have to let the tablet run out of power if you can't turn it off and then let it charge and restart it. When you restart it, I would suggest doing so in "Safe Mode" so you can see if it gives you any issues then. Many apps will be blocked from being used, but if nothing gives you problems in that mode, but continues to give you trouble when running in normal mode, then you would need to check the device for bad apps, viruses, malware, etc.

To get into "Safe Mode" please do the following.

1. First turn off the tablet.

2. Next press and hold "Power" until you see the manufacturers logo on the screen, then release the power button.

3. "Quickly" press "Volume Down" and hold it for few seconds until you see the message "Safe...
