How do I remove storage from using the internet so much? My GB is very low, and I was wondering if my phone would turn off.

Your question does not make sense, your phone storage does not use the internet, there there to hold files and programs. What exactly are you trying to do? If you want to limit your data usage, turn off data usage when not on WiFi, there are options for that, as well as for apps to only use WiFi for updates. You can turn off mobile data totally and just use WiFi.
