Will I lose my apps?

If I change SIM cards, I’ll lose my apps, right?

Only if you moved or installed Apps to the card. If you remove the card while the device is turned off, you could examine it in a PC or laptop to see what's on there.

You will need a carrier the size of an regular SdCard to enable the micro SdCard to fit in the slot.
