How do I install a titan x pasqual? I just got it and can't figure out how or where to plug it in.

So i'v been having an issue, I just got a brand new titan pasqual and it didn't look "normal" it have no output from what I see and upon inspecton I could only find 2 sets of wires that come out of the card and I have no idea what to do with them. Any help at all would be nice.
