After doing the factory reset on the fusion5 w104 tablet, still stuck on the Android logo... Help!!

Well a "Factory Reset" usually is done while trying to keep your personal data, versus a "Hard Reset" which wipes everything. If you did the former, then whatever you were trying to resolve may not have been. Try turning the device off and then starting up in "Safe Mode" and see if it will fully load. If it does, then there is something (bad app, virus, malware, etc.) on the device that needs to be removed. If that doesn't resolve it, then try a "Hard Reset".

To get into "Safe Mode" please do the following.

1. First turn off the tablet.

2. Next press and hold "Power" until you see the manufacturers logo on the screen, then release the power button.
