Solved! I got my Asus phone wet but when I insert the battery it just won't on but it vibrates continuesly idk what hpned

Take off the back, and remove the battery and sim and SD card. Put all of this into a small tub of rice and put the lid on it. Take it out after 24 hrs and see if the rice has drawn out all of the moisture.

If it does not work take it to a fone shop.
