LG K8 Broken

Hi. I have an LG K8, model # AS375. Phone was dropped and the screen is cracked. Some of the screen is visible but flashes. I have tried to retrieve info using various software; Dr fone, etc. Is there any software that is compatible with an LG phone?? All the ones I have found only support Samsung. Thank you in advance

I know of no way to get the data off the device if it won't load up properly.
