I don't want the Asus anymore they took my bank information and now I can't reach them help please!

I want to cancel my membership to Asus... I thought that I was registering for Zentalk for my Android Tablet. I can't get ahold of someone that deals with these problems. I gave them my credit card number, my address and phone number. I don't own a Asus Zenfone. Please help me! Thanks!

We can't help with this. We have no way to fix it.

The Asus device isn't the problem. I don't think it was Asus that the info was given to. They don't ask for that kind of stuff. Not unless you call for support after the warranty is out.

It sounds like you got a bad app or other scam.

Call your credit card company and get them to stop any payments from whoever it is. They can block it.
