Lost SIM card

Solution
There would be no way to locate them. Not yourself. You can, however contact your carrier/service provider and have them turn off the service to those SIMs. This will prevent anyone else from using your service. Also, if the SIMs have been used, the carrier/service provider will know where it was used. (general location) However, I don't know that they can tell you that.

What they can do, after they turn off those SIMs service, is send you new ones so you have service.

Now if you are talking SD cards and not SIM cards, which are just for storage, then no one can help with that. You would have to find them, or just get new ones.
