You are going to have to either pull the battery (if you can get to it) or if not, you will have to wait for it to run out of power and turn itself off. Once off, charge it while it is still off. Then, when you turn it on, do so in "Safe Mode" and make sure it will load. Not all things will work in "Safe Mode". Once it load in that mode, then you can restart the phone and load it normally. If you again have problems, repeat the above and try removing any recently installed apps or app updates and also check for viruses, malware, etc. Once you have removed the problem, then restart the phone and you should be good.

3. "Quickly" press "Volume Down" and hold it for few seconds until you see the message "Safe mode: ON" or something similar.

4. If you wanted disable it, simply repeat the steps above, and you should see "Safe Mode: OFF" rather than on.
