I have the code for permanent lockout did reset tablet says now permanently locked how do I unlock it when I've done everythin

I have access code I put the wrong code in before too many times and it permanently locked me out now that I have the coat I reset everything and do it was supposed to do and it still won't let me activate code it says tablet is permanently locked out and I have the code to access code what do I do now

Contact the tablet manufacture. We can't/won't help with such issues.
