My RCA Pro 10 Tablet won't turn on

I barely had it for a month and it won't turn on. I went to do something quickly and left the screen on but when I got back to it, it froze so I I pushed the reset button in the back and it turned off but I'm trying to factory reset it and trying to turn it on but nothing is working. It charged fine but no matter what I did, nothing helped.

If it is that new, contact the manufacturer. It should still be under warranty.
