how to make my samsung pocket download files

My phone can download videos but i cant see them

The ability to download doesn't mean they are viewable. You have to have the right OS (Android version) and a good app for viewing them. The files must also be a type that the phone can view. Not all files are viewable on all devices. It just may not be possible to view said files on that device. Especially since it would be using an older version of Android.
