If every time I turn on my voyager lll it going to voyager lll screen not home screen

Every time I turn my voyager lll it first goes to the logo then goes to the voyager lll screen instead of the home screen what do I do

Try starting it up in "Safe Mode" and see if it will load fully. If it does, while it will have restricted access, that will tell you that there is something on the device that is causing your problem. Bad app, virus, malware, etc. You would have to remove said problem and then restart the device to get it to load normally.

To get into "Safe Mode" please do the following.

1. First turn off the tablet.

2. Next press and hold "Power" until you see the manufacturers logo on the screen, then release the power button.

3. "Quickly" press "Volume Down" and hold it for few seconds until you see the message "Safe mode: ON" or something similar.

4. If you wanted disable it, simply repeat the steps above, and you should see "Safe Mode: OFF" rather than on.
