Alcatel one touch idol 4. Went to install new 64 gb sd card. Formatted for internal use. Now says it is corrupted and I can no

Well, was the card formatted and encoded for internal use in that device or a different one? If it was done on a different device, then only that other device can read it.

If it was formatted and encoded on your current device, then it should work with only that device, unless you have taken it out and tried to use it elsewhere, which cannot be done. Also if the device was reset it won't work.
