Huawei P8 Lite shut off not turning on !

My phone shut off a few months ago at 80% battery and it won't turn back on. I tried to charge the phone but nothing happened. I tried several times to turn it back on and sometimes it would turn on only to shut off when the screen was locked or when it was idle. The phone also seems to not use any battery at all when it is off. Please help me!

Sounds like you just need to replace the battery.
