How much vram do I need for 1080p gaming at any settings?

I am looking to build my first ever PC but I still don't have a set graphics card yet. I know I am going to have an FX-6300 Unlocked for my CPU and 8GB of DDR3 at 1866 MHz for my RAM. I am on a budget and with my current plan, I really can't spend too much more than $100. I am completely fine with the lowest settings at 1080p with 30 fps because any lower will just look bad. The heaviest game will probably be GTA V or Beamng Drive. I really hope someone understands this more than me because with my fairly basic computer knowledge, I don't know what GPU is best for me.

I don't know how much VRAM I need for a budget 1080p gaming build. I know I will at least need 2GB of GDDR5 and my CPU will be an FX-6300 hexacore processor. The build will have 8GB of DDR3 at 1866MHz. I am okay with low settings at 30fps. I also really want to run MC with shaders at 1080p. I also can't spend more than around $100. If you know more about this than me please tell me. Thanks!
