Setting up HP Mixed Reality Headset

Hi All

The first problem I encountered was that my Geforce 970 has a mini HDMI socket. I brought an adapter. Now the second problem I have is I only have the one HDMI output from my graphics card.

So, how am I supposed to go through the configuration problem? The headset screens dont display just from plugging it in. So either my monitor or my VR headset can be plugged in at once. Meaning I cannot configure it using the software provided.

I shall add I have my motherboard graphics with a HDMI socket and a spare HDMI cable to go into a HDTV with two sockets.

But a graphics card with one HDMI output. How do I use onboard graphics to my monitor while using my graphics card HDMI to my VR headset so I can go through the installation program?

OK I have booted into my second HDTV socket using my on board graphics

My HP headset is plugged into my GeForce. I now need that card on. How do I do that?

You should probably get an adapter for your monitor to plug into Displayport on the graphics card.

Powered USB 3.0 failed to resolve the issue. That can only leave my mini-HDMI to HDMI adaptor or faulty headset. My Mini-Display Port to HDMI comes tomorrow. I hope its not the headset, I have always thought highly of HP.
