Transfering data from phone to phone

How do I transfer my game apps and data from one phone to another phone

While you can move files, you can't just move apps.

For the files you can ...

1. Email the files to yourself, then download on the new device.
2. Upload them to a cloud or Google account, and then download them onto the new device.
3. Connect the phone to a computer, via USB cord, and move all the files over into an empty folder. Then disconnect that older phone and connect the new one to the computer via USB cord and move the files over to the new device.

In regard to apps, while you 'may' be able to locate files they have saved on the device and move them using one of the steps above, you cannot do that with apps. Any apps would have to be redownloaded directly to the new device.

I forgot to mention the screen is broken and blank on the old phone

Well you will need to get the phone to come on, and get it to be able to do those things I mentioned to get the data. Otherwise you won't be able to get it.
